My works are protected under standard copyright law.
I own all the rights to the art I create, including commissions - therefore, I may use and monetize my art in any way.

→ I hold the right to deny or refuse service for any reason..
→ I hold the right to cease work on a commission without refunds if the client becomes hateful, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
→ I require full payment upfront before starting on any work. - PayPal only.
→ Maximum two (2) months for completion of your commission unless otherwise stated (in dm’s, explicitly).
please understand I am disabled & human- I strive for approx ~ 2 week turn-around-time.
→ Commissions are always PERSONAL USE / not for profit. Reach out to me for commercial use.
→ I DO NOT offer refunds unless the commission is cancelled by me or you request a refund before work is started!

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that prices may increase due to complexity/additional details/add-ons.

𓆝 change what kind of commission you purchased or modify your commission at any time in any way before I start working on the piece.
𓆟 add & purchase additions to your commission at any point, but there are no refunds for removing additions or parts of the commission if you change your mind.

𓆝 make modifications after I start sketching - I’m happy to make modifications within reason. Significant changes may require additional fees.
𓆟 purchase a commercial license (so you can use the art to make money - like stickers, merch, promo material, etc.!)

𓆝 edit the lines and/or image/illustrations sent to you or remove/change the watermark at all!

𓆟 use/redistribute my art for profit unless permission is expressly given (i.e. bases).
𓆞 use your commission for profit 𓆝 —• reach out for commercial use.
𓆝 use my art in any way with AI/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence.
