My works are protected under standard copyright law. I own all the rights to the art I create, including commissions - therefore, I may use and monetize my art in any way.…

→ I hold the right to cease work on a commission without refunds if the client becomes hateful, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
→ I require full payment upfront before starting on any work. - through PayPal or Ko-Fi only.
→ Maximum two (2) months for your commission to be finished once I start sketching!

… upgrade/add add-ons at any point, but there are no refunds for downgrades/removal of add-ons.
… ask for updates (I give progress updates often!)
… make minor modifications after I start sketching (I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission!)
… purchase a commercial license (so you can use the art to make money - like stickers!).

… edit the art sent to you or remove/change the watermark at all! … sell or exchange my art unless you have written permission + paid for the rights!
… use/redistribute my art for profit unless permission is expressly given (i.e. bases).
